- Use bots or automated tools to access the Service.
- Harass, defame, or spam other users.

2. Job Postings & Applications

Employer Responsibility: Employers posting jobs are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and authenticity of their listings.
No Guarantee: JobZoom.pk does not guarantee:
- Job offers or interviews.
- Accuracy of employer information.
- Payment or employment conditions.
Application Risks: You apply at your own risk. We recommend verifying employers directly.
Free for Job Seekers: Applying for jobs is 100% free. Never pay to apply.

3. BISP 8171 Updates

Informational Only: BISP 8171 status checks and updates are based on publicly available data and official SMS portals.
No Official Affiliation: JobZoom.pk is not affiliated with the Government of Pakistan, BISP, or Ehsaas Program.
Accuracy Disclaimer: We strive for accuracy but are not responsible for delays, errors, or changes in official BISP policies.

4. User Accounts

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login (if applicable).
Suspension: We may suspend or terminate accounts for violating these terms, spamming, or posting fake content.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on JobZoom.pk (logos, design, text, code) is owned by us or licensed.
You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.
Job listings remain the property of the posting employer.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

“As Is” Service: The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
No Liability: JobZoom.pk is not liable for:
- Losses due to fake jobs or scams.
- Technical failures, downtime, or data loss.
- Third-party actions (employers, users, or hackers).
Maximum Liability: In no event shall our liability exceed PKR 1,000.

8. Third-Party Links

JobZoom.pk may contain links to external sites (job portals, BISP.gov.pk, etc.). We are not responsible for their content, privacy, or practices.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms.

10. Governing Law
